The S520Z distinguishes itself with faster travel speeds and a larger bucket capacity for its class. Its 0.16 m³ bucket, combined with a travel speed of 0–8 km/h, enhances operational efficiency during on-site material transfer, cleanup, and light loading tasks. With an operating weight of 890 kg, a 30° gradeability, and 140 mm ground clearance, it retains the compact agility characteristic of small-scale equipment. It is powered by a Zongshen GB680 engine—a 2-cylinder, air/oil-cooled unit delivering a maximum power of 14.5 kW—and features mechanical controls, a 37 L fuel tank, and a 20 L hydraulic tank, ensuring a straightforward setup for daily operation and maintenance.
